Discounts  &  High Volume Orders

Prices on our website are per piece or per set.

Most of our dining and seating collections have 4 to 6 pieces and have already been reduced for you.  Additional volume discounts are available and begin with orders of 7 or more pieces.  (Please contact us for further discounts.)

We pass on as many discounts as we can to our customers when we receive them from the manufacturer.  Occasionally, a manufacturer may alter their prices for current shipping conditions, etc. at the time we place the order.  We will quickly notify you if a price increase may affect your order.

 

Payments

We accept checks, all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card & Discover), and Pay Pal.   Payment is due in full prior to shipping order.

 

Return Policy

The shipping process begins immediately after an order is placed so please be confident of your order.

If circumstances mandate a change and your order has been shipped, you will be required to pay the shipping charges for the delivery as well as the return of the shipment.  (And, on rare occasions, a restocking fee.)  If you have any questions, please contact us prior to your order placement.

Most products can be returned within 30 days for the full purchase price less any shipping charges.  Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

Special Orders are not returnable.   (Cushions are considered special orders.)

If a cushion order has a manufacturer's defect or is not fulfilled to confirmed specs, we will be happy to pay the shipping charges. 

 

Sales Taxes

The sale of goods made over the internet by Alabama retailers to Alabama customers are subject to Alabama Sales Tax.  Sales tax is included on all Alabama orders with delivery in Alabama.

Alabama customers with delivery in another state are considered non-Alabama customers for sales tax purposes and are responsible for paying any taxes due to the proper authorities.   

All non-Alabama customers are responsible for paying any taxes due to their proper authorities, whether a "use" tax or local tax.

 

Warranties

All Weather outdoor wicker furniture with resin coating --

  • full 1-year "bumper to bumper" warranty with normal wear and tear
  • additional limited 3-year warranty after the first year
  • Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges incurred when sending and receiving furniture for repair or replacement

 

 

All Natural indoor wicker furniture --

  • limited warranty (manufacturer's discretion)

 

 

Cushions  -- 

  • No warranty provided
  • Outdoor fabric is Weather RESISTANT but not weather proof   (We recommend bringing your cushions inside or cover them during extreme weather conditions)
  • Tufted cushions also have button holes where water can sometimes gather.  (To prevent mold from developing, we recommend you take necessary precautions with your cushions to let them dry out completely before being stored.)
