Delivery (in the United States)
Orders usually ship 2 - 3 weeks during peak season (mid April to mid July)
7-10 business days during off season (mid July to mid April)
Shipping charges include delivery only. (Set up and box removal are not included)
Please have 1 or 2 people available to unpack the shipment. (Aluminum is lightweight but sofas require at least 2 people)
Rocking Chair runners come unassembled but are easily popped into place. (Screws are provided)

Damages
*** Please note **** The customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival. If you see visible damage to the box(es), you must note it directly on the driver's Bill of Lading prior to releasing them.
If you sign the Bill of Lading without inspecting your boxes, you are accepting delivery as good condition and without damage and therefore taking responsibility for any damages that may have incurred during transit. Please note, we cannot collect for transit damages if this step is omitted.
Any manufacturing damages will be handled appropriately.
Please contact us within 24 hours if you notice any damages. If you have a camera available, take pictures of the box(es) and any damage to the merchandise.
Payments
We accept payment in US dollars only and we do not ship COD. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discovery and Pay Pal. A 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees will be applied to all refused orders.
Shipping Rates
We are not in the business of making or losing money on shipping charges. We negotiate shipping rates daily with our carriers to receive the best pricing. (See Rates for United States and Canada.) We will gladly adjust your invoice if the price we receive from the carrier at time of shipment is more than $20 lower than what is reflected on your invoice. We purposely reflect rates on the "high" side and ask that you keep that in mind if you are comparison shopping. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the shipping price greatly exceeds our website amount.
Rates are calculated based on Residential Delivery. Rates may be lower if shipment is to a commercial address.
If you have a large volume order, your shipping fees will be calculated separately.
We ship by private carrier and FedEx Ground. If you prefer to use your private FedEx Account number for any FedEx Ground shipments, please let us know.
There is no additional shipping charge for cushions if they are ordered at the time you place your furniture order.
Items that may require additional shipping fees include: shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and remote areas; merchandise made with heavier, steel frames; large volume orders; cushion orders placed separately from furniture orders.

Rates are purposely estimated on the "high" side and will be adjusted in your favor from time-to-time. We rarely go "over" these amounts.
These rates do not include Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and certain remote areas of the United States. Please contact us for shipping to these areas.
